When we first decided to go with NanaWall for our sliding glass doors, I was filled with excitement. The sleek designs and promises of a high-end, custom fit seemed like the perfect solution for our home renovation. However, that excitement quickly faded after my first encounter with NanaWall’s team.

It began with the initial measurement process, where the NanaWall representative, Andy Cook, came out to ensure everything was perfect. We were confident that with professional measurements and a custom product, everything would go smoothly. Unfortunately, what we didn’t realize at the time was that those measurements would lead to a major misfit later on, requiring unauthorized structural changes to our home.

From the start, things didn’t go as planned. The installation team arrived with doors that simply didn’t fit, and instead of addressing the issue, they forced them into place, leading to visible damage and misalignment. This first encounter set the tone for what was to come—constant problems, poor communication, and a disappointing lack of accountability.

What was supposed to be a premium experience quickly became a frustrating ordeal. Little did I know that my first encounter with NanaWall was only the beginning of a long, disappointing journey of defects, mismanagement, and unfulfilled promises. Looking back, it was clear that the warning signs were there from the start.
