When you purchase a high-end product like NanaWall’s custom sliding glass doors, you expect top-notch quality and craftsmanship. Sadly, my experience with NanaWall’s products was the complete opposite. From the moment the panels arrived, it was clear that the quality fell far short of what was promised.

The glass panels, which were supposed to be sleek and flawless, came riddled with visible defects. Foggy streaks marred the appearance of every panel, making the once-promising design look cheap and unfinished. On top of that, deep scratches were found on several of the replacements, which only added to the disappointment. Even after multiple rounds of replacements, each set came with new problems—scratches, streaks, or misalignment—highlighting a glaring lack of quality control.

Rather than delivering the luxurious product they advertise, NanaWall consistently sent us glass panels that looked anything but premium. Their inability to provide defect-free products was both frustrating and costly. We paid for a top-tier product but ended up with glass doors that look like they belong in a bargain basement.

The disappointing quality of NanaWall products has turned our renovation into a never-ending source of frustration. If you’re considering investing in their sliding glass doors, be prepared for potential headaches and a product that may not live up to its price tag or reputation.
