When we first decided to go with NanaWall for our home renovation, we were excited about the idea of installing sleek, high-end sliding glass doors that would enhance the beauty of our home. Unfortunately, that dream quickly turned into a nightmare. What we expected to be a premium product and service ended up being a source of frustration and disappointment.
The problems began with the mismeasurement of the doors, which led to unauthorized structural changes to our home just to make them fit. The issues didn’t stop there. When the glass panels finally arrived, they were riddled with foggy streaks and deep scratches. Even after multiple rounds of replacements, the panels continued to arrive in worse condition, with the same defects or new problems each time.
The customer service experience was just as bad. Zac Lerma and Solomon Stutzky consistently shifted blame and refused to take responsibility for the defects. Instead of helping, they left us stuck with a faulty product and no resolution in sight. What was supposed to be a luxury experience became a daily reminder of regret.
If I had known that choosing NanaWall would lead to this level of disappointment, I would have gone with a different company. Their lack of accountability, poor product quality, and dismissive customer service make them a risky choice for anyone considering custom glass installations. Regrettably, I learned this the hard way.
